Timetable for the weekend

Here's a rundown of what to expect from our weekend of mountain biking fun and frolics

    Tell me about the Funduro!

The Funduro is the main event for the Saturday, open to 14 years+. Taking in almost all the trails here at Comrie Croft, it is an enduro style event with 8 timed stages, including Blue, Red & Black descents, a Red graded XC lap, Dual Slalom, pump track and whip off stages. It is open to and suitable for all, bring your mates and have a hoot challenging yourselves against each other. At the same time soak up the great festival vibes! Cream O' the Croft, Scotland's first dedicated mountain biking festival is being held from the 26th – 28th June 2015 at the award-winning Comrie Croft, celebrating the completion of our 16km network of purpose built trails.  A collaboration between Comrie Croft, Muckmedden Events and Hansen's Kitchen, it promises to be a feast of family-friendly fun on fat tyres.  It's a camping festival (plus other accommodation options) in beautiful, natural surroundings.  It also features a fine selection of up-and-coming music acts and the very best of local food and craft beer, all served up in a hay barn.

Central to the weekend is the Cream O the Croft Funduro consisting of timed downhill stages, an XC lap, dual-slalom racing and bike park events.  Top competitors across all disciplines will be crowned 'The Cream o’ the Croft'.

Kids are also a major part of Cream O The Croft - Sunday is dedicated to kids racing, and there will be a host of cycling activities running across the weekend for kids of all ages to take part in.

If that's not enough, the festival will have loads for the two wheeled enthusiasts; a Velo Village with stalls, attractions and challenges, Giant Airbag, Bike Jumble, Spot Prizes, Pedal Powered Cinema, Balance Bike & Kids Coaching, Friday Night pumptrack challenge....

In addition to top-drawer mountain biking there will be a number of non-cycling activities at the festival (including a giant waterslide, a petting zoo and a craft fair) and we recommend festival-goers bring friends and family to the vibrant Strathearn venue and make a weekend of it!
