Definition of a Clan; a clique, group or team who share a common interest or goal. Predominantly from the Scottish Highlands.
Inspired by the Enduro World Series ‘Trophy of Nations’, Clans at The Croft is the first Enduro in the UK to cater for Solos and Teams! Riders can either race Solo as per usual, or as a ‘Clan’ of three, combining their race times and racing in close-formation with their team mates.
Featuring six downhill stages, from mild to wild (including a super-fun Dual Slalom stage!) this will be an epic weekend of racing and camping at Scotland’s best loved trail centre and campsite.
Turn the stoke-o-meter up to MAX….we’re going in!
What can you expect?
The event is being hosted at the multi-award winning Comrie Croft in Highland Perthshire, so you can expect amazing trails, family-friendly facilities, on-site camping and the same laid-back party vibe you only find at a Muckmedden event. It would be a shame not to bring your friends and family for the weekend too, wouldn’t it?
Do you have to enter as a Clan?
Nope! You can enter as a solo rider just like any other Enduro.
If you race as a Clan do you still feature in the solo category?
Yes! If you enter as a Clan you have two chances to stand on the podium. Once with your Clan brothers and sisters and once as a solo rider. How cool is that?!
Will there be camping?
Oh yes! This is the award-winning Comrie Croft Campsite and Hostel we’re talking about! You can buy a weekend camping pass alongside your race entry, or if you’re too posh to camp you can book a Hostel room or a traditional Nordic Kata directly through Comrie Croft.
