Terms & Conditions - Flow School


  • Full activity fee is to be paid at time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Bookings can only be confirmed when full payment (or deposit) is received.


  • If you are unable to make the date of an activity, we are happy to give alternative dates if there are places available. However, please note cancellation charges below.
  • Cancellation by you: in the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel your booking you may be entitled to either a full or partial refund, depending on the date of your received cancellation (by telephone first, then in writing, please). Refunds will be given as follows:
    • Cancellation 28days from activity date – full refund or alternative date
    • Cancellation 14 days from activity date – 50% refund
    • Cancellation less than 14 days from activity date – no refund.
  • Cancellation by us: We require a minimum of 3 clients for each coaching session and reserve the right to cancel if the minimum number is not met. If your activity is cancelled by us for this or another reason you will be given a full refund or the offer of an alternative date. We cannot offer compensation for expenses incurred (eg non-refundable accommodation or travel tickets) so please be aware of that when booking travel and/or accommodation.

Fitness, Risk & Safety

  • It is a fundamental booking condition that you accept certain activities such as mountain biking can be hazardous and may involve elements of risk or discomfort, and that you take personal responsibility for your own actions.
  • You must confirm that you are fit to participate in your chosen activity and that you have informed us of any medical conditions affecting your participation in the activity.


  • It is your responsibility to keep your bike in safe working order for the duration of the activity.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any bike we consider to be unsafe or unsuitable for our activities. If you are unsure about the safety or suitability of your bike, we will be happy to advise. Comrie Croft Bikes offers bike and helmet hire.
  • Helmets must be worn.


  • Comrie Croft Bikes possesses public liability insurance. All Comrie Croft Bikes staff operate within the limits of national governing body qualifications held in accordance with professional body best practice.
  • Comrie Croft Bikes do not provide clients with personal accident, cancellations, third party liability or personal injury insurance.
  • We recommend you have adequate insurance for yourself and your equipment. We are not liable for any damage or theft relating to your person or your personal possessions.
  • We take no responsibility for damage, death or injury caused to you or by you as a result of participation.


  • Whilst we at Comrie Croft Bikes enjoy a good craic and positively encourage an informal and upbeat atmosphere during our activities; we expect clients to follow guidance and instructions given by staff in charge. Any offensive language or behaviour will not be tolerated.
