What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, contact us and we can discuss which option would suit you best.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Just ket us know and we can cancel your order and refund your payment.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Every bike we sell is built, and PDI'd by a Cytech qualified mechanic. We do this PDI (pre-despatch inspection) to make sure everything is set up correctly and safely for you.

We dispatch bikes Monday - Friday.

We will call and email you when we receive your bike order to confirm your delivery date. If we are unable to get in touch, we will dispatch the bike ASAP.

Please note; all delivery services & estimated dates are from the dispatch date.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we dont ship all over the world.

Riding At The Croft

Do I have to pay to ride?

There is no charge to ride but please donate a £5 car park fee if driving in. This money is used to keep the trails maintained.

When are the trails open?

Our trails are open 365 days a year 24 hours a day. We will never close the trails but we may advise you not to ride them during extreme weather conditions.
