Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all bikes within 48 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed, we’ll be in touch to confirm your exact shipping and delivery dates so you’ll know when to expect your new ride.
We don’t ship bikes on Fridays, as we prefer not to have them sitting in courier warehouses over the weekend — they deserve better than that!
Please note: During busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated and make sure your bike gets to you as quickly as possible.

We use APC for all bike deliveries.
They provide:
- Their system supports full tracking, so you can follow your bike’s journey from collection to delivery.
- You’ll also have options like rescheduling your delivery, or arranging a safe place for the parcel if you're not home
Need a Saturday delivery? We can arrange that for an extra fee — just get in touch before placing your order.

Norco Optic C – Short Travel, Big Capability
The Norco Optic C proves that short-travel doesn’t mean short on performance. With a lightweight carbon frame, 140 mm front and 125 mm rear travel, and Norco’s innovative VPSHP suspension platform, it’s built to climb efficiently and rip descents with confidence.
The VPSHP layout delivers a rearward axle path for smoother suspension over rough ground and uses an i-track tuned idler to control pedal feedback — keeping things fast, quiet, and responsive. The result is a trail bike that punches well above its weight, offering grip, balance, and composure usually found in longer-travel rigs.
Norco’s Ride Aligned™ system ensures every rider gets a perfect fit and dialled handling, while the clever Missing Link Kit lets you swap between 29” and 27.5” wheels without affecting geometry. To top it off, every model includes the OneUp EDC Lite tool, so you’re never caught short on the trail.
