Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all bikes within 48 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed, we’ll be in touch to confirm your exact shipping and delivery dates so you’ll know when to expect your new ride.
We don’t ship bikes on Fridays, as we prefer not to have them sitting in courier warehouses over the weekend — they deserve better than that!
Please note: During busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you updated and make sure your bike gets to you as quickly as possible.
Our Courier Partner
We use APC for all bike deliveries.
They provide:
- Their system supports full tracking, so you can follow your bike’s journey from collection to delivery.
- You’ll also have options like rescheduling your delivery, or arranging a safe place for the parcel if you're not home
Need a Saturday delivery? We can arrange that for an extra fee — just get in touch before placing your order.
Shipping Exceptions & Surcharges
Some UK postcodes are subject to additional delivery charges due to courier policies. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost.
We can also arrange international shipping — please contact us for details.
